Tire Info

(from http://forums.ninja250.org/viewtopic.php?p=266037)

Front tires:

Stock- 100/80-16 - One of the hardest to find tires that come in this size Best upgrade- 100/90-16. Almost every tire maker offers tires in this size.
Also 110/90-16. Some of the stickiest tires come in thise size, but requires modifications to fit the fender.

Rear tires:

Stock- 130/80-16 - The hardest tire to find in this size. In fact, I doubt anyone makes this size with the exception of the Dunlop K630, which seriously sucks donkey balls. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Most common upgrade- 130/90-16 - Many many GREAT choices in tires in this size. Every manufacturer has several different formulas in this size.
Next common size is 120/80-16 - Good if you're short, because it will lower the seat height a couple smidges. Ignore the fact that the tires will say that they are meant for use on the front wheel. It means nothing.
